Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.
Refunds and Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days if you are located in the US.

** Due to the current COVID-19 situation, some orders may experience a slight delay. Turn around times may be extended up to 7 business days for certain items. Again all orders will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
